The presentation was great. You really zeroed in on their main issues--turnaround time and capabilities. Even more impressive was the way you handled the question and answer session. You were brief and to the point. You refused to argue with our always contentious client, Mr. Ackerman, and you brought everything to closure after you wrapped up the question and answer session.
